The Humanities Research Center’s goal is to invigorate the intellectual life of our campus and our community and to increase the visibility of the important contributions that humanists make to our society.
Established in Fall 2017, the Humanities Research Center fosters connections among diverse disciplines while promoting the research goals of the humanities broadly construed. The Center supports scholarly work, facilitating research and helping to incubate ideas. The HRC hosts workshops for faculty and graduate students to share works in progress, organizes book launch events to celebrate publications, and hosts an annual lecture series.
